On-the-job training We are seeking a Customer Serice Associates to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers with collateral loans as well as retail sales. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Basic computer skills are needed. Attention to detail is required for this position. This position would be a guaranteed 38 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 3:30pm. We do provide

for this position, all we need is a great can-do attitude!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing collateral loan services to customers Providing retail sales assistance to customers Accurately inputting customer information into the computer Accurately labeling and safely storing customer items Preparing and displaying inventory item for sale

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in customer service, sales, and other related fields is a bonus Ability to communicate with customers Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to lift 30 lbs Absolutely NO criminal background of any kind Must be at least 21 year old to apply Reliable transporation is required
