Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to operate in our expanding repair facility. We offer a
WEEKLY PAY PLAN
that includes bonus. Our facility includes a light duty retail shop, heavy duty truck shop, stand alone Express Lane, and mobile service. This advisor position is for the main shop which employs the highest number of Master Level Chrysler technicians in the surrounding area. Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule customers in person, phone, or internet inquiries Use a warm welcoming introduction to greet customers Thoroughly write up customer concerns Empathize with customers concerns and needs Interface with technicians and parts staff throughout the repair process Educate and counsel customers on vehicle repairs Present results of a vehicle inspections and diagnoses to customers Properly document all pertinent details of the customers concerns and needs Follow up on all declined services Ability to communicate with other internal and external personnel Maintain a professional environment and appearance Additional tasks based on need and changes in business
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) Service or Parts Experience Selling Experience Proficiency with internet-based computer software Customer handling skills Organizational and time management skills Professional appearance Positive attitude Open to change
Physical Demand:
Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. Ability to perform light physical activity during inclement weather
