Tuckers Air Conditioning, HeatingPlumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time Client Services / Customer Service Rep to join our team and provide exceptional help to keep our business running smoothly. This CSR position starts at a competitive wage of $20.00
  • $25.00/hr . You would also be eligible for fantastic benefits , such as: 50% company-paid employees' health insurance

YOUR LIFE AS A CLIENT SERVICES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As our Customer Service Rep / CSR, you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering incoming calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, scheduling, and general client concerns. As well as calling out to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments. When it comes to booking those appointments, it's easy for you to maximize the time and mileage of the technician while still upholding an excellent customer service experience. Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone and computer. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of leak detection work is taken care of accurately and on-time!
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS A
basic understanding of good phone etiquette and how to use it Basic technological skills A passion for customer service Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? If so, then you might just be perfect for this CSR position in client services!

This full-time CSR position typically works Monday
