Customer Service Representatives (Flex & Overnight)
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in a high-volume environment. Assist with orders, returns, product information, and troubleshooting. Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience while meeting daily performance goals.
Requirements:
Must complete 3-4 weeks of in-person training and remain onsite full-time for the first 6 months . Must have schedule flexibility , including 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day per week. Previous retail sales or customer service experience required; high-volume or fast-paced environment preferred.
