• Full-time Job Overview We are a family-owned automotive repair shop seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational and customer satisfaction skills while focusing on teamwork.

Duties:

Greet and assist customers promptly with professionalism and courtesy Answering phone calls from clients and vendors

• scheduling appointments Reviewing vehicle history to determine service/ maintenance needs Create and provide accurate estimates of repair/ maintenance costs Keep customers informed while monitoring service progress to ensure timely completion of services Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, including diagnostics and estimates Communicate technician's findings and recommendations with customers Keep management informed of all customer concerns and potential problems Notify customers when repairs are complete and vehicles are ready for pick up Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers at time of check out

Qualifications:

Previous experience at a service advisor is highly preferred Strong automotive knowledge Proven dedication to providing exceptional customer service Experience working with service technicians and writing estimates The ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Strong attention to detail and process development skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Join our team of service professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive service!
