The earliest date would be June 22, 2026. We would begin training the week before we have our opening. Position Overview We are hiring Car Wash Advisors —a key, customer-facing sales role responsible for delivering a premium experience and driving membership growth. This is not just a service job— this is a sales position . You will educate customers on our services, recommend the best options, and confidently convert them into monthly members. If you are outgoing, motivated by results, and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to grow with a new business. What You'll Do Greet customers with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm Educate customers on wash packages and membership options Confidently recommend and sell monthly memberships Deliver a high-end, fast, and friendly customer experience Assist with vehicle prep and overall site operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Strong communication and sales skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset High integrity and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stay active for extended periods Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus Why Join Whip Clean?
