Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from the first phone call to job completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule and confirm appointments for inspections, cleanings, and repairs. Communicate with technicians to coordinate daily schedules and routes. Provide customers with accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions. Maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service questions or concerns. Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and general office administration. Support marketing and outreach initiatives as needed (e.g., seasonal promotions, review requests).
Requirements:
Previous customer service or administrative experience (home service industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and scheduling/CRM software. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.
Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required during peak seasons. A competitive benefits package including Health Insurance, 401(k) Matching, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay.
