Job Summary Provides service to walk-in customers and customers by phone. Takes and processes orders, answers questions, solves problems, quotes prices and delivery specifications, and assists outside sales functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Verifies the availability of product and delivery method or additional services including placing orders with vendors Completes the order entry process, determines service charges, maintains and tracks various records, and email and phone correspondence Solicit sale of new or additional products and assists outside salespeople in generating customer quotes Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related customer service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
