Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hanover, United States. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerListen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessaryProcess orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficientlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policiesCollaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issuesDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM systemIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyaltyAssist in training new team members and sharing best practicesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferredPrevious customer service experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong active listening and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentPatient and empathetic approach to customer interactionsAbility to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsStrong team player with a positive attitudeFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as neededAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans
