Job Description
Overview We are seeking a part-time (4 days 6:30am- 3:00pm) dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatcher to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional logistics management to our healthcare clients while managing various aspects of the day to day operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of transportation management systems, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. This opportunity is on a contract basis as a 1099 contractor. Please do not apply if you are not interested in being paid as a 1099 contractor. Duties Coordinate time sensitive delivery of medical products within the DMV metropolitan area. Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all information related to deliveries is accurately recorded. Communicate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers on a daily basis. Oversee the daily routes for delivery drivers. Skills Detailed oriented. Intermmediate in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams as core softwares. Strong analytical skills for assessing data and making informed decisions. Adaptable to change and can manage responsiblities without supervision. Experience with managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with clients and team members. Familiarity with fleet management practices to ensure operational efficiency. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks.
