Job Description

Description:
Key Responsibilities Process parts orders from initial customer request through shipment coordination to ensure timely delivery. Respond promptly to warranty claims, technical support issues, and field service situations. Assist installers with job-site questions and problem resolution. Process payments, debit/credit memos, warranty transactions, and installer payments accurately. Coordinate with chain account installers to ensure installation procedures are followed properly. Track and ensure return of defective equipment. Stay current on refrigeration systems, products, and technology updates. Communicate field issues, product concerns, and manufacturing-related problems to appropriate internal teams.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications Education/Certification:
Minimum two-year degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration or equivalent required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Required Knowledge:
Working knowledge of refrigeration systems required. Basic electrical and construction knowledge, along with the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams, is preferred.
Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong multitasking abilities required.
