Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demos when needed Manage cash handling with precision, ensuring correct change and transaction records Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Supervise or mentor new team members in cashiering or customer service procedures when applicable Skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated experience in supervising or leading team activities within a retail or grocery store setting Ability to perform product demos and engage customers actively in the sales process Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and retail sales strategies Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping others.
