Job Description

Modify Remodeling is growing and looking for a motivated, organized, and personable team member to handle inbound calls, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and customer communication for our remodeling company. This position is primarily in-office and plays a huge role in keeping our sales pipeline moving smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls Follow up with incoming leads Schedule appointments for estimators/sales staff Confirm appointments and maintain schedules Respond to customer inquiries professionally Enter and manage customer information in CRM/software Help keep leads organized and moving through the pipeline Assist with office tasks and communication Bonus Skills (Not Required): Social media/marketing post creation Facebook or Instagram posting Basic Canva design experience
Requirements:
Experience answering phones and setting appointments Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and professional Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Must be available in-office Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5
