Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Communications- Respond to all customer requests for service (via email or phone). Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing appointment updates. Notifying customers of service issues. Dispatching & Scheduling
- Place customers on the proper service schedule. Schedule drivers. Assist the Operations Manager with communicating with the drivers. Logistics & Tracking
- Monitor drivers using GPS, track service and progress and managing routes to ensure efficiency. Data Management
- maintain accurate customer route data.
Qualifications:
One or more years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detailed oriented Georgetown Paper Stock is a leading provider of recycling, waste management and document destruction services. We are a family owned, 4th generation, business that has been in the recycling industry since 1901. We recycle a broad array of materials ranging from papers to plastics to metals and are experienced working with organizations of all sizes and industries. We currently operate two plants (in Rockville, MD and Baltimore, MD) where the recyclables are processed.Job Type:

$45,000.00- $85,000.
