Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with prompt, attentive assistance in New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles a high volume of interactions with confidence, and takes pride in delivering accurate service. The role focuses on resolving inquiries, processing orders, and creating a positive experience across inbound and outbound customer communications.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, courteous support for questions, concerns, and service needs.
  • Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide updates related to customer accounts and orders.
  • Enter customer orders accurately into the appropriate system while verifying information for completeness and correctness.
  • Address routine service issues by identifying customer needs, explaining available solutions, and guiding each interaction toward resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations, actions taken, and order activity to support service accuracy and continuity.
  • Manage a steady call volume while meeting quality expectations and maintaining an attentive, customer-focused approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to help resolve order-related questions and ensure timely service completion.
