Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our creative team in the role of Graphic Design, Customer Service, and Print Production. Duties Develop compelling visual content including logos, branding elements, motion graphics, digital art, and illustrations using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Manage print production workflows from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality signage, print advertising, and sign manufacturing outputs. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions aligned with brand identity and marketing goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, managing project timelines, and guiding clients through design options and print processes. Incorporate motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects or InVision to enhance digital campaigns and presentations. Maintain color management standards and apply principles of color theory, typography, layout design, and typesetting for consistent visual quality across all media. Assist in sign manufacturing processes by preparing production files that meet technical specifications for large-format printing or signage fabrication. Support digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content for social media platforms and digital advertisements that reflect brand messaging. Skills Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with CorelDRAW is a plus. Expertise in digital art creation, photo manipulation, layout design, typesetting, and print production responsibilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Excellent presentation skills for client meetings or internal reviews; capable of articulating creative concepts clearly. Strong understanding of color management practices and application of color theory in digital and print media.
