Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Print Production specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines exceptional customer service with occasional hands-on print production responsibilities, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining high-quality standards in our printing processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for print media and customer engagement, this opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their project lifecycle Collaborate with clients to understand their print needs, specifications, and deadlines to deliver tailored solutions Manage incoming calls and provide accurate and timely quotes to customers. Conduct quality control checks during and after production to ensure color accuracy, print fidelity, and overall product excellence Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and production timelines to ensure seamless workflow Skills Strong knowledge of digital presses and print production Familiarity with using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Understanding of quality control standards to uphold high production quality Knowledge of Microsoft / Email Management systems.
