We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role focuses on scheduling, customer communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls to schedule deliveries Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues Manage account information and update records in internal systems Support dispatch operations and monitor communication channels Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
