Full Time Veterinary Client Service Coordinator

Skylos Sports Medicine, a BluePearl Veterinary Partner, is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, team-oriented Veterinary Client Service Coordinator for our Ellicott City location. The successful candidate will possess a professional work ethic, a positive, compassionate attitude, and excellent communication skills. In addition to superior patient care, our assistants should also enjoy providing client education as this is integral to our practice. Founded by Drs. Peter and Faith Lotsikas, Skylos Sports Medicine is an orthopedic and rehabilitation specialty practice that provides a unique concierge level of care for patients and their guardians in Ellicott City and Frederick, Maryland. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting clients and providing a warm, welcoming experience Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries Coordinating patient intake and ensuring all records are complete and accurate Communicating effectively with clients regarding appointments, estimates, and follow-up care Supporting the medical team by facilitating smooth client flow throughout the day Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front desk environment Assisting with client education and reinforcing discharge instructions

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of veterinary or client service experience preferred Strong communication skills with a focus on client experience Team-oriented, while able to work independently and anticipate needs Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills Passion for providing excellent customer service and supporting patient care Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask effectively Willingness to learn and grow within the role Why BluePearl?
