Full-Time Stanley Chevrolet is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating repairs, managing workflow, and supporting department performance. This position serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues clearly, and communicate repair recommendations Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process Review completed work with customers and explain services performed and future maintenance needs Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints quickly and professionally Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs Monitor open repair orders and follow up to ensure timely completion Maintain accurate documentation of repair orders, invoices, and service history Promote recommended services and maintenance while maintaining customer trust Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, warranty requirements, and company policies Assist in maintaining department productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals Work collaboratively with parts, sales, and management teams What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance (training available for the right candidate) Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred Sales or upselling experience is a plus Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive compensation Performance-based incentives Health benefits Paid time off 401(k) (if applicable) Training and growth opportunities Supportive, team-focused work environment At Stanley Chevrolet, we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience while creating a positive and professional workplace.
