Job Description

The Showroom Administrative & Customer support specialist assists customers visiting the showroom, provides product information, supports the sales team, and helps maintain an organized and professional showroom environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers entering the showroom. Provide information about doors, windows, hardware, and related products. Support sales representatives by preparing quotes, product specifications, and customer documentation. Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally. Schedule customer appointments and follow-up communications. Maintain showroom displays, sample boards, and promotional materials. Process orders and payments Coordinate with suppliers Handle Service and warranty ordering and scheduling Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment of display materials. Handle basic administrative duties, including filing and data entry. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales support, or building materials preferred. Knowledge of doors, windows, construction products, or home improvement materials is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Skills & Competencies Customer-focused attitude. Professional appearance and demeanor. Attention to detail and accuracy. Teamwork and collaboration. Time management and prioritization. Ability to learn technical product specifications. Working Conditions Primarily indoor showroom environment. May occasionally lift and move product samples (up to 25lbs)
