Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Your enthusiasm and automotive knowledge will help drive customer satisfaction, promote additional services, and support our dealership's reputation for quality service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair procedures clearly and provide accurate auto estimates using dealership systems Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate timelines effectively Upsell recommended services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, transmissions, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Manage service write-ups efficiently while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle history Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future business opportunities Experience Dealership experience or prior auto service management background preferred Proven success in upselling automotive services and parts Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspensions, tire services, transmissions, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body work Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Experience with auto estimating software and service writing is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a plus for understanding vehicle issues thoroughly Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care! Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
