We take pride in providing honest, transparent, and high-quality care for every customer interaction, and we're looking for a Customer Experience Representative who can help deliver that same exceptional experience every day. What You'll Do Greet customers in person, by phone, and digitally Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-up Schedule service appointments and assist with daily workflow coordination Dispatch and manage loaner vehicles Process payments accurately and efficiently Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately when needed Support clear communication between customers and dealership departments Reach out to customers with service offers and assist with scheduling appointments Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support customer experience operations What We're Looking For Strong communication and listening skills Friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude Ability and willingness to learn dealership processes and systems Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic software Valid driver's license Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred (Automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate) Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays Employee discount
