Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) - The UPS Store We are a locally owned and operated The UPS Store looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our growing team. As a neighborhood business, we take pride in helping local families, businesses, and community members every day. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. This position is part-time to start , with the opportunity for full-time hours in the future for the right person if desired . Pay starts at $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting customers with shipping, packaging, mailbox, printing, and other store services Providing friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone Processing shipments, handling packages, and assisting with daily store operations Operating computer and point-of-sale systems Processing payments accurately and maintaining attention to detail Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment What we're looking for: Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Comfortable using computers and multitasking in a busy environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move packages as needed Customer service, retail, shipping, or office experience is helpful, but not required — we are willing to train the right person. Saturday availability is required. We are closed Sundays and value work-life balance for our team.
