Join Our Team! Customer Service Representative - Lewiston, ME REQ, a family-owned Complex Rehab provider, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Lewiston, ME, branch. This position plays a crucial role in serving our clients and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Process new patient intakes and gather required documentation. Verify insurance coverage and benefits. Schedule service and repair appointments Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurers.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
