Front End Associate

• Park Street Laundry and drycleaners is a laundromat and drycleaner with locations in Rockland and Damariscotta. We provide our customers with exceptional customer service and attention to detail for all their laundry and drycleaning needs.
• WEEKEND Front End Associate

• Duties:

• Operate the cash register and POS system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Handle laundry and drycleaning orders. Sort, invoice, tag and assemble orders.
• Load and unload washers and dryers; fold, bag, lift and carry up to 25# including up and down stairs
• Maintain cleanliness in the coin operated laundry area.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and change for customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Typical shift schedules are 7 am to 3 pm and 12 pm to 8 pm. We are open 7 days a week.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in operating a cash register and POS system.
• Knowledge of basic math skills for calculating prices, change, and discounts.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide assistance to customers.
• Experience in laundry or drycleaning service is a plus.
