Job Description

Floating Toyota Service Writer Salary:
$45,000 to $60,000 per year Lee Auto Mall in Topsham is looking for a Service Writer to join our BUSY Toyota service department. If you are an experienced Service Writer or just starting your career, we'd like to talk to you about what Lee has to offer! What Sets Us Aside from the Rest? Above Average Pay! No Weekends! Service Writer Responsibilities:
Serve as the translator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection Keep customers informed of service and parts specials, completion times and service expenses Family-owned since 1936, Lee Auto Mall has grown to 14 locations statewide, employing over 400 people.
