About us We are the largest aftermarket automotive lighting retailer dedicated to delivering top-quality products and outstanding customer service. As our company continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. This role offers more than just a job — it's a chance to build a long-term career in the automotive industry with room to grow as our company expands. Job Description We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time position (30-40 hours per week) with the potential to transition into full-time hours as the company continues to expand.

The ideal candidate has strong phone experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using Google Suite for daily operations. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or concerns Document customer interactions in company systems Help serve as technical support for customers trouble shooting their products Act as a liaison between Customs Unlimited and our Dealer Network regarding product questions and updates Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interaction
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years experience in customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Basic automotive knowledge preferred, but not required Experience with Ecommerce platforms preferred, but not required Must have reliable transportation Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Employee discount Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunity for growth and advancement
Compensation Starting Pay:
$18.00
