Responsibilities:
Support customers and business partners warmly via phone and email.
Calmly and professionally navigate customer complaints, diagnosing the root issue to find a great resolution.
Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Oversee and modify spreadsheets pertaining to customer orders to keep track of where things stand at any given time.
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to ensure accurate tracking.
Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
About 1 year of related experience, ideally within a call center environment.
Effective communication and customer service skills with a knack for resolving issues satisfactorily.
Excellent multitasking abilities and highly developed organizational skills.
The capability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while delivering solutions that leave a positive impression.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
