Job Duties:

Identify and resolve commercial warranty & non-warranty issues Locate service providers and arrange service for commercial stores Process service requests Complete all required data entry fields in NetSuite for each specific service dispatch Perform diagnostics and offer technical assistance for both commercial and healthcare customers Answer all emails and phone calls in a timely manner Assist in factory service training when required Knowledge and Skills Preferred High school diploma or equivalent Excellent phone etiquette Proven technical and diagnostic capabilities Basic computer skills Technical service Ability to master software packages Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment Strong organizational and follow-up Benefits Competitive compensation plan Retirement investment plans Medical/dental/vision, and life insurance Paid time off and company holidays People-focused culture and work environment.
