What We Offer Medical insurance Dental and vision insurance Paid vacation time 401(k) plan with employer match Growth opportunities Family owned and operated Team environment Employee pricing on vehicles, services and parts Responsibilities Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, transparent and effective service Write accurate repair orders and get all clients approval before beginning work on their vehicles Take ownership of the customer's experience Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs Maintain Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications Organized and friendly personality Time management skills Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Basic knowledge of how a vehicle works Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, Ford or Lincoln experience is a plus!
