Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Process policy changes, payments, and new applications accurately and efficiently. Provide clear explanations of insurance policies, coverage options, and billing details. Assist in resolving client concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. Maintain organized client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact through policy issuance.
