Dispatcher / Customer Service We are looking for a dependable punctual organized dispatcher to keep our daily operations running smoothly, this role is a key point of communication between customers and service technicians. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem solving and have strong customer service skills we would love to hear from you. Daily Task's include
Coordinate and route septic pump trucks efficiently throughout the day
Schedule rental deliveries and equipment pickups
Anwer incoming phone calls and respond to customers regarding scheduling and service updates
Work closely with drivers and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage emails and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Help resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges
Maintain accurate records and scheduling information Qualities we are looking for in a dispatcher

Previous customer service experience (industry experience not required)
Experience using QuickBooks is a plus
Basic computer proficiency
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must be able to communicate efficiently through email, text, and phone calls on a daily bases
