What You'll Do:

Greet customers, schedule and manage repair appointments for customers Process repair orders and accurately document customer's concerns Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate repair cost estimates Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service Keep customers updated on repair progress and advise on additional recommended work Explain completed repairs, review costs, and suggest future maintenance Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction levels What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor Understanding of automotive repair and service processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Honest, dependable, and reliable team player Join Our Team This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with one of the nation's top GM dealerships.
