Job Description

Odren's Auto Service is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a positive service experience for anyone who walks through the door.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and by phone. Schedule appointments, create and manage repair orders. Communicate repair recommendations clearly and accurately. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience. Must have reliable transportation. Able to use a computer, experience with Mitchell 1 very helpful.
