This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. As a CSR, you will provide information about our company and assist customers in resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency. Successful candidates are patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting customers. You should feel comfortable communicating with a variety of personalities and advocating for customers when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and accuratly book services requested Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, asking for assistance when necessary Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards Accurately document customer interactions and feedback Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Additional Opportunities:
This position has the potential to assist with Accounts Receivable , including billing and collections
