Job Description

Company Overview MyFlight Tours is the nation's premier helicopter tour provider, dedicated to creating unforgettable aerial experiences for our customers. With locations across multiple states, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, safe operations, and memorable experiences from the first phone call to the final flight. We are excited to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our brand-new headquarters. This position will play an important role in supporting customers across all MyFlight Tours locations and helping ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience from start to finish. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by phone and email, booking tours, answering questions, handling reschedules, and supporting day-to-day customer service needs for all MyFlight Tours locations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable helping customers make decisions, solve problems, and feel confident about their upcoming flight experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from customers interested in booking helicopter tours. Assist customers with selecting the correct tour, location, date, and time. Book customers over the phone and ensure all reservation details are accurate. Respond to customer emails in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Handle customer reschedules, booking changes, and general questions. Assist with close-outs of bookings and ensure reservations are properly updated. Support all MyFlight Tours locations with customer service needs. Communicate important customer information to local teams as needed. Answer questions about tour options, pricing, policies, gift cards, weather, passenger requirements, and the general flight experience. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining company policies and procedures. Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate notes and records in the booking system. Work closely with managers and location teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence. Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple customer requests. Comfortable using computers, booking systems, email, and internal communication tools. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter customer and booking information. Ability to remain calm, patient, and helpful when assisting customers. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment. Reliable and consistent follow-through. Ability to work well with different teams and locations. Comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day. Schedule This is a full-time position based at our brand-new MyFlight Tours Headquarters. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Why Join MyFlight Tours?
