Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We're hiring a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for someone friendly, dependable, and great with people to support our clients and handle calls, messages, and inquiries. No insurance experience required — just a great attitude and a heart for helping others. We provide full training, licensing support, and license reimbursement. Strong communication skills and basic computer skills are a must. Bilingual skills are a plus! If you want to grow with a small supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and messages with professionalism and care Generate leads and follow up Assist clients with policy questions, billing, payments, and basic changes Update and maintain accurate client information and records Follow up with clients for documents, renewals, or missing info Provide a friendly, trustworthy experience that builds long-term relationships Experience Customer service or office experience preferred, but not required — we provide full training!
