About Us:
Vic Canever Chevrolet is a family-owned dealership that has served the Fenton area since 1969. We're looking for a skilled, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department and help deliver the experience our customers have come to expect.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers professionally and gather vehicle information at write-up Clearly communicate recommended services, repairs, costs, and timelines Prepare repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery Keep customers informed throughout the service process with proactive communication Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships Represent the dealership with honesty and professionalism on every interaction

Qualifications:
Prior service advisor or customer-facing experience preferred; automotive background a plus Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Basic understanding of vehicle systems and service terminology Dealertrack experience a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Commitment to customer satisfaction and doing right by the customer every time
