Position Summary:
We seek a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:
Serves customers by resolving product and service challenges and providing relevant product and service information that helps solve them. Keeps track of customer correspondence and logs key account information and customer data. Resolves product or service problems by investigating the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software Join us in our mission to turn waste into resources and positively impact the environment and communities we serve.
