$16/hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Agent Support Specialist to assist with onboarding and supporting external agents who sell products across multiple states. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, data entry, and learning compliance-driven processes in a regulated environment. Responsibilities Work closely with external agents throughout the onboarding process Create and maintain agent profiles in internal systems Ensure compliance with state-specific rules and regulations Review background checks against established guidelines Process appointment requests and required documentation Send onboarding notices and follow-up communications to agents Request additional information when submissions are incomplete Accurately bill agents within the system Perform high-volume data entry and general administrative tasks Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with data entry and administrative workflows Ability to follow structured procedures and compliance guidelines Proficient in basic computer systems and document management Clear written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior administrative or office support experience preferred, but not required Administrative Agent Support Specialist
