Position Overview:

Onyx Retail Services is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to support customer interactions within established retail locations in the Grand Blanc area. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on assisting customers, answering questions, and helping create a positive and professional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Services Supported:

Customers may inquire about services such as mobile plans, home internet options, and general account-related support available within the retail location.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable and punctual Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment:

In-person position Retail store setting Customer-facing role
