Full Job Description Job Description:
Genesee Cut Stone & Marble Co. is one of the premier stone fabricators in Michigan with seventy plus years of experience in commercial and residential construction projects. The company is looking for a customer service representative who is comfortable working in sales. Must be comfortable answering phones on a regular basis.
Skill Requirements:
Thoroughness and reliability Excellent organizational skills Proficient in Excel Strong communication skills Willingness to learn the ability to read architectural, interior design drawings, and cabinet drawings for countertops.
Responsibilities:
Bid countertop projects based on a variety of drawings and measurements Communicate with various kitchen dealers and builders about countertop projects Manage projects throughout the process of initial sale to delivery and installation Prepare detailed proposals and contracts Sell a variety of different natural stone products Write receipts and sales orders
