This person will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and experienced team, working toward the goal of providing excellent service to each of our customers. Duties Include but not limited to: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email including customer complaints. Utilizing retention tools to retain our customers. Understanding the customer journey to be able to assist at any point in the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Meet or exceed KPI goals and objectives, including email processing and call handling goals. Provides customers with a remarkable experience. Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one (1) or more years' experience in customer service. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion to help others. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work to meet required deadlines. Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with CRM software. Experience collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer escalations.
