Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering 5-star experiences? Service Professor is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing Grand Rapids call center team! As the first point of contact for our customers, youll play a key role in creating positive experiences answering calls, assisting with scheduling, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for.

Star Service:
Be the friendly, professional voice that makes every customer interaction positive and memorable.
Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls:
Manage a high call volume related to scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Promote Our MVP Loyalty Program:
Educate customers on membership benefits and enroll them during calls.
Resolve Customer Concerns:
Use empathy and problem-solving skills to de-escalate and resolve issues quickly.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with dispatch, trade managers, and field technicians to ensure seamless service.
Navigate Multiple Systems:
Update records and schedule services accurately across multiple software platforms. Offered compensation:
