Summary Join the team at Lark Lawn & Garden and grow with us. We are seeking a Full-Time Parts & Service Writer to support both our service department and parts counter operations. This is a key role that ensures customers receive accurate information, timely service, and a professional, positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced equipment environment. Key Responsibilities Service Writing & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers Open, manage, and close work orders accurately and efficiently Schedule service work and communicate timelines, estimates, and updates Coordinate with technicians to ensure workflow efficiency Process warranty claims and maintain proper documentation Parts & Customer Support Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts lookup and ordering Identify correct parts using systems, catalogs, and customer descriptions Fill parts requests for both customers and service technicians Handle customer inquiries related to service, repairs, and equipment Operations & Support Maintain organization between service workflow and parts inventory Support daily shop flow by staging and prioritizing work Provide a high level of customer service in all interactions Assist with general front counter responsibilities and incoming calls What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and lookup systems Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Mechanical aptitude or experience in parts/service is a plus Experience in outdoor power equipment, automotive, agriculture, or similar industries preferred (but not required) Work Environment Combination of front counter, office, and shop coordination Indoor and outdoor work depending on daily operations Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs as needed Why Lark?
