Job Description
About us Hart Animal Clinic is a family-owned and operated veterinary hospital located in beautiful Hart, MI. We have been a part of the community for over 65 years, providing compassionate care for generations of clients and their beloved companions . We strive to provide the most thorough and up-to-date veterinary care while maintaining a unique and personalized approach for our clients.

- Schedule appointments with clients, contact clients with appointment reminders
- Relay accurate and pertinent information to Veterinarians and Technicians to and from clients
- Accurately check animals in and out of the clinic for veterinary care
- Maintain accurate medical records for each animal
- Assist in educating pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the veterinary clinic
Requirements:
- Experience in public-facing roles is required
- Experience in animal handling preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and veterinary staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
