Service Customer Care Representative

Crown Motors is looking for a full-time person to join our Customer Care team in the Service department. This is truly an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual. Representative Job Description:

Answering incoming service calls Scheduling appointments for all 3 of our Crown Motors Service centers Calling our service customers to reschedule missed appointments, remind of upcoming service due, and to obtain information on their service satisfaction. Providing service information regarding maintenance, recalls, ect. Assisting in the scheduling, paperwork, and pickup/drop off of our Corporate Care Program customers.

Representative Skills & Experience:

Telephone or in-person customer service experience required General administration skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with the ADP DMS systems is a plus. Must be able to multitask and have strong customer service skills. Crown Motors offers a competitive pay plan and benefits package.
