Spicer's Boat City in beautiful Houghton Lake Michigan is hiring! We have a Full Time career opportunity available. Spicer's is seeking a results-driven Service Writer to join our team. Service Writer Requirements and Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Highly motivated, determined, and target driven Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets Expert in time management and personal organization Computer and Internet savvy Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Must be available to work weekends Service Writer Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to) Communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arrange appointments and communicating them to technicians, and providing estimates to the customer.
