Service Writer

Seeking a personable service writer for a family company that values our employees and pays great people great money. We offer flexibility and opportunities to learn new skills. This individual would be responsible for customer contact and overseeing the service and repair of equipment in a 3+ technician shop. Duties:

Help all service customers by checking in units for work, following up, getting quotes out for repairs, collecting deposits for diagnostic fee, meet & greet all service customers, help keep team of techs on task by scheduling work accordingly, help submit warranty claims. Using Light Speed and DP360 for software

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
